Terms of Service for Mialiko

Welcome to Mialiko. These Terms of Service govern your use of our digital wedding invitation, RSVP, guest list, invitation delivery, and QR code check-in services. By using Mialiko, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Service

Mialiko helps event organizers create wedding invitations, upload guest lists, send invitations through supported messaging channels, collect RSVPs, and verify invited guests at event entrances using unique QR codes or invitation codes.

2. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event, contact, billing, and guest information.
• Confirm that you have permission to upload and use guest details.
• Review invitation content and guest lists before invitations are sent.
• Keep dashboard access, event links, and check-in links secure.
• Use the service only for lawful event invitation purposes.

3. Guest Lists, Invitations, and Delivery

You are responsible for the accuracy of guest names, phone numbers, entrance counts, and event details you provide. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver invitations, reminders, RSVP links, and QR codes, but delivery may depend on third-party messaging services, telecom networks, phone number accuracy, device settings, and recipient availability.

4. Payments and Pricing

Prices, packages, and included services are shown before purchase or confirmation. You agree to pay all fees for the services you order. Unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing, completed payments are non-refundable once design work, invitation processing, or message delivery has started.

5. Changes, Errors, and Cancellations

If event details or guest information change, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update pending invitations or reminders, but we cannot guarantee changes after invitations have already been processed or delivered. You are responsible for checking submitted details before approving delivery.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful content.
• Do not use Mialiko to spam, harass, or impersonate others.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or check-in rules.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the platform.
• Do not upload malware or content that infringes another party's rights.

7. Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of event content, names, images, and guest information you provide. You grant us permission to use that content as needed to create invitations, provide RSVP and check-in services, and support your event. Mialiko's software, brand, templates, designs, and platform materials remain our property or the property of our licensors.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the platform, messaging delivery, RSVP pages, or check-in tools will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or modify the service to perform maintenance, improve features, protect users, or comply with legal requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mialiko will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate submitted information, third-party service failures, message delivery issues, guest device issues, or unauthorized access resulting from shared event or check-in links.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay required fees, or create risk for us, our users, guests, or service providers.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Mialikoafter updates means you accept the revised Terms.
